There are no refunds after 30 days and none for partially used gift. Gifts will have to be refunded to purchaser only, if owner feels there is a legitimate excuse to do so.You may ask the owner to re-gift.

You may  have your favorites service provider that being said all the girls and men are trained to do massages, facials all services with the same techniques so requesting a particular service provider is not always possible but you will get the same AWESOME  service. It is my desecration who will be doing the service.

All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel an appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours notice with a reasonable excuse.
