Please provide 12-24 hour cancellation notice. Last minute cancellations will fall under our late/no show specifications. We have a waiting list a mile-long with clients that need and want to get in here. It is NOT acceptable to not call ahead of time and we may fill your slot. To clarify…I have still prepared for no-show appointments and have to pay someone that was here to perform your service. Whether you show up or not, it is very disrespectful. This is not always in force, but it is a policy.
For your convenience, we have hired Booker to send text and/or email reminders (if you have provided such information) 48hrs before your service. Please be on time. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late without a call you will be considered a no call no show. This means your appointment slot will be forfeited and you will be charged or voucher will be marked as used for the service that was scheduled. This SPA is not run like a doctor’s office. I do not want my next client who follows a schedule or may have other appointments to have to wait because someone has been late.
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service with some form of identification. There are no refunds for gift certificates. Understand that it is up to the discretion of the owner to refund the purchaser of the certificate. Gifts certificates or any voucher from spa must be used within one year. You must call the spa if you'd like to re-gift any certificates.
We charge an 18% gratuity in relation to the regular pricing on all services including those presented with coupon or on special. You are welcome to leave more.
We understand you may have a favorite spa associate and we will always guarantee great service at every appointment but it is up to the discretion of the owner to decide which associate will be at your service based on who is available.
We reserve the right to deny future service
to any individual who does not comply with the policies
we have in place and at our own discretion.
