Cancelation Policy

Sorry No Refunds  you will get a credit.  But if you try to cancel 3 -2 days before you may rescheduled.

Service Policy

Please Read We Have Strict Polices in place, Not to punish you but to ensure that we provide the best service we can for each client and respect for our staff.
**Please call or include a note when you do the online booking, Any Vouchers #/gift certificate # numbers with your info. Please note with all vouchers or gift certificates you have a tax and gratuity fee unless otherwise stated.  The gratuity is @ 18% appropriately based on the regular Price of that service.
 If you let your coupon or Gift Certificate. expire we can not honor it and it will only be worth what you paid & used toward a regular priced service. So let us redeem it, then It's good for a year. 

Appointments
All services are provided by appointment only.

Cancellations
Please provide 12-24 hour cancellation notice. Last minute cancellations will fall under our late/no show specifications. 
We have Staff that have fixed appointments and a client waiting list a mile long with Clients that need and want to get in here, so it is NOT  acceptable to not call ahead of time also we may fill your slot. In case you don't understand : I still Prepared for you, have to pay someone that was here to perform your service,
 Wether you show up or not it is very disrespectful. This is not always in force but it is a policy .

 
Late/No Show
We do not have a special dept. to call for reminders we expect you to keep your own calender for appointments.
Please be on time. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late without a call you will be considered a no call no show.
  This means your appointment slot will be forfeited and you will be charged or voucher will be marked as used for the service that was scheduled. 
This SPA is not run like a doctors office,I do not want my next client who follows a schedule or may have other appointments to have to  wait because of someone being late.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service with some form of identification. There are no refunds for gift certificates. Understand that it is up to the discretion of the owner to refund the 'purchaser of the certificate. Gifts certificates or any voucher from spa  must be used within one year . You must call the spa if you'd like to re-gift any certificates. 

Gratuity 
We charge an 18% gratuity in relation to the regular pricing on all services including those presented with coupon or on special unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to leave more. 

Servicing 
We understand you may have a favorite spa associate and we will always guarantee great service at every appointment but it is up to the discretion of the owner to decide which associate will be at your service based on who is available.  
 
We reserve the right to deny future service to any individual who does not comply with the policies at our own discretion.
