Should you request to cancel your membership within the Membership Term, there will be  no refund for the remainder of your membership. Your membership is not transferable and is ONLY FOR YOU. You must fill out a cancelation form.
Norwegian Spa reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to terminate or to deny re-enrollment of a member. Norwegian Spa shall not discriminate in any manner against any person on account of race, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, age sex, religious creed, color, ancestry or national origin.
A picture form of identification will be required prior to checking in for spa treatment(s). Norwegian Spa reserves the right to change the day spa rules, regulations or pricing at any time upon a reasonable notice. Norwegian Spa is not responsible for lost items.  No membership discounts or pricing may be combined with other promotions or offers unless stated.
Terms & Conditions
Following your membership term (6 months, 12 months or 24 months), simply send us an email (norwegianspa@aol.com) if you wish to renew.
Disclaimer of Liability
You understand and voluntarily accept any risks associated with your massage including hot stones, facials, hot towels,body wraps essential oils  or any other treatment or any use of the facilities at Norwegian Spa. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that Norwegian Spa will not be liable for any injury, without limitation, personal, mental or bodily injury, economic loss or any damage to you resulting from negligence, other acts of Norwegian Spa, anyone on Norwegian Spa’s behalf or anyone receiving treatments or using facilities of Norwegian Spa.
Legal Notices
This Agreement shall be construed, performed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of this Agreement or the breech, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination or validity thereof, including determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Northampton County before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
